Faces & Futures
Every print you buy is a direct investment in the children I photograph and teach in Bắc Giang.
The project
A personal commitment
I have lived and taught in Bắc Giang for four years. Over that time I have become close to a number of families: filming them at home, teaching their children at weekends, watching them grow. These photographs come from that world.
Every print you buy funds something concrete. Fifty percent of every sale goes directly into an education fund for the children I teach, supporting their path to university. The other fifty percent covers printing, shipping and my time.
This is not a registered charity. It is a personal commitment. I publish every transaction so you can see exactly where your money goes. Every photograph was taken and published with the knowledge and consent of the children and families involved.

Quiet and determined. Her written English is already remarkable.
Diệp
Curious and fearless. She asks questions that surprise me every week.
